Dean Ira Solomon was interviewed by Poets & Quants for a story highlighting the Freeman School's agreement with Peking University in Beijing to offer Chinese students admitted to Freeman graduate programs “visiting student” status at the university’s Guanghua School of Management, where they could attend in-person classes structured around Tulane syllabi.

“Our impression is that the students really did not see fully online instruction as a strong competitor to an opportunity to be at Peking University and be with other Tulane students,” Solomon says.
