During his tenure, Goes implemented a new strategic plan and oversaw dramatic growth in the college’s online graduate programs in management information systems, cybersecurity, healthcare management and accounting. Prior to becoming dean, Goes served as the Salter Distinguished Professor of Management and Technology and head of the University of Arizona’s nationally ranked Department of Management Information Systems (MIS).
