Breyanna Satcher (MBA ’26) 
Laurel, Mississippi 

Breyanna’s experience spans roles in human resources, international trade, and operations management, with significant contributions to employee engagement, data-driven decision-making, and process improvements. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Mississippi, where she also minored in African American Studies, Management Information Systems, and Entrepreneurship, with a concentration in Human Resources. At the University of Mississippi Medical Center, her research led to increased employee engagement, while her contributions at the Mississippi Development Authority facilitated substantial exports and imports, showcasing her impact on high-value projects. Breyanna is committed to applying her skills and knowledge to drive innovative solutions and is passionate about business analytics in the tech sector. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is deeply engaged in community service and has mentored numerous students, contributing over 100 hours of volunteer service. 

What is a fun fact about you?
I'm a foodie at heart. I love cooking and trying different types of food.

Why are you pursuing an MBA?
I am pursuing my MBA to put me ahead in my career. It will serve as a bridge to gaining deeper insights into managing people, business analytics, and multicultural dynamics. It’s a steppingstone to expand my career options, ideally in a way that aligns with my passion.

What attracted you to Freeman?
Freeman’s people and culture attracted me. The opportunities that I have had so far prove that I made the right decision. I hope to gain as much knowledge as possible and apply it to my career. I hope to truly expand my networking pool and build long-lasting connections. 

Where do you hope to be in five years?
With my MBA, I'm hoping to be in a senior level or managerial role.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I love to travel, hang out with friends and family, cook, take nature walks, and nap.
