Muqatter Fuad is a strategic and results-driven professional with over 6 years of experience in marketing, business development, and customer relationship management across industries such as agribusiness, consumer goods, and manufacturing. As Director of Marketing and Administration at Grameen Feeds Ltd., he has successfully increased market share through strategic workshops, team leadership, and product innovation. His leadership experience includes managing a team of 5, organizing workshops, and implementing strategies that increased market share by 6%. His strong analytical and crisis management skills have consistently driven growth and operational efficiency. Fuad is looking to enhance his leadership and strategic capabilities in a dynamic HR or business development role where he can continue to drive impact and innovation.

What is a fun fact about you?
I love to travel to new places. Even if the time is very short, I like to have that experience.

Where do you hope to be in five years?
In five years, I hope to be in a leadership role at a global organization, driving strategic decisions and making a tangible impact. My goal is to leverage the skills, network and knowledge I am building during my MBA to tackle complex business challenges. Additionally, as an international student, I aim to bridge the gap between markets and cultures, utilizing my global perspective to foster innovation and collaboration
