"I wouldn't get upset, I wouldn't fight back," Lipp said. "I would get curious, and begin a discussion with my immediate supervisor to understand exactly how formal this policy is, to understand what are the avenues for exceptions and, through that curiosity, also to introduce the value that is being made for the organization with my working from home."
