CNN: US stocks have been the envy of the world. Trump could risk that
Peter Ricchiuti, senior professor of practice and research director of Burkenroad Reports, was interviewed by CNN about the reaction of international stock market investors to the policies of President Donald Trump.
Markets crave certainty and stability, and the US outlook is increasingly at odds with that picture, said Peter Ricchiuti, senior professor of practice in finance at Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business.
“The US has been [the place] everybody wanted to put money into,” he said. “And now it’s really upsetting the whole world in terms of clarity.”
