LA Times: Airfares set to take off as fuel prices fly
Diego Bufquin, professor of practice and director of Freeman's hospitality management and entrepreneurship certificate program, was interviewed by the Los Angeles Times for a story on the impact of rising jet fuel prices on air travel.
“Whenever there’s a surge in oil prices, the airlines end up passing that to the consumers immediately,” said Diego Bufquin, director of hospitality management and entrepreneurship at Tulane University. “It doesn’t take a long time.”
