Bloomberg Businessweek: AI Is Transforming Business. Now It’s Transforming the MBA Classroom
Cameron Verhaal, associate professor of management and faculty director of AI initiatives, was interviewed by Bloomberg Businessweek for a story about the use of artificial intelligence in MBA education.
Verhaal says that for in-class presentations he puts a premium on “a deep understanding of a smaller range of material as opposed to broad coverage of a large one. I find that students who overuse AI in presentation design and generation tend to try and cover too much ground, because AI is so good at neatly packaging large amounts of information, and it becomes readily apparent they are unfamiliar with the content.”
