            Research Notes: Scott Kuban
Scott Kuban's paper “Contracting in the Smart Era: The Implications of Blockchain and Decentralized Autonomous Organizations for Contracting and Corporate Governance,” co-authored with Alex Murray of the University of Oregon and Matthew Josefy and Jonathan Anderson of Indiana University, has been accepted for publication in Management Perspectives. Kuban is an assistant professor of management at the A. B. Freeman School of Business.
