Research Notes: Cameron Verhaal

Cameron Verhaalrecently had two papers accepted for publication. “Stepping out of the Shadows: Identity Exposure as a Remedy for Stigma Transfer Concerns in the Medical Marijuana Market,” co-authored with Olga Khessina of University of Illinois and Samira Reis of University Carlos III, Spain, was accepted for publication in Administrative Science Quarterly, and “The Authenticity Paradox: Why the Returns to Authenticity on Audience Appeal Decrease in Popularity and Iconicity,” co-authored with Stanislav Dobrev of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, was accepted for publication in Journal of Management. Verhaal is an assistant professor of management.
