Eric Smith’s article “Hydrogen in the United States - Developmental Perspective,” co-authored with Kim Talus, James McCulloch Chair in Energy Law and director of the Tulane Center for Energy Law, appeared in the February 2021 issue of Oil, Gas & Energy Law. Smith is a professor of practice and associate director of the Tulane Energy Institute.
