WGNO-TV: What would gas ban on Russia mean for drivers buying gas locally?
Pierre Conner, professor of practice and executive director of the Tulane Energy Institute, was interviewed by WGNO-TV for a story about the impact of President Biden’s ban on Russian oil imports on local gas prices.
“Oil is a worldwide market and it is going to find other places. I think everyone needs to know about crude oil, not every crude oil is the same, there’s literally hundreds of different types of crude oil,” he said.
