Research Notes: Natalie Longmire
Natalie Longmire’s paper “Rekindling the Fire and Stoking the Flames: How and When Workplace Interpersonal Capitalization Facilitates Pride and Knowledge Sharing at Work,” co-authored with Trevor Watkins of the University of Oklahoma, Catherine Kleshinski of Indiana University and Wei He of Nanjing University, has been accepted for publication in Academy of Management Journal. Longmire is an assistant professor of management.
