WGNO-TV: Cabbage prices up 8% for St. Patrick's Day
Osman Kazan, professor of practice in management science and director of business analytics, was interviewed by WGNO-TV about the rising price of cabbage, a staple of St. Patrick's Day parades and celebrations.
“Because of the trade war and tariffs war, they are likely to increase. Global warming affecting food prices, particularly cabbage prices, this trend is likely to stay for awhile,” he said.
