Claire Senot's paper“Hold Me Accountable: Anonymity and Prosocial Behavior in Services,” co-authored with Rob Glew (McGill University), has been accepted for publication in Manufacturing & Service Operations Management (M&SOM). Senot is the Morton A. Aldrich Professor in Business and associate professor of management science.
