USA Today: Trump "would love" deal with China, but tariffs at 145% as markets sink

Peter Ricchiuti, senior professor of practice and research director of Burkenroad Reports, was interviewed by USA Today about the Trump administration's decision to impose tariffs on US trade partners.
“You don't have to hurt another country to make yours stronger,” Ricchiuti said. “The president made it sound like this is a great issue we needed to fix, but there was really no need for it.”
