Favorite Business Professor: My favorite professor is Harish Sujan. He genuinely values students’ perspectives and creates a learning environment where we can explore complex, real-world challenges. Through thought-provoking discussions, he challenges us to confront moral dilemmas we may face in the workplace, encouraging us to analyze what is right and wrong critically. His course enhances our understanding and equips us with the tools to navigate these situations confidently in the real world.
Academic, extracurricular or personal achievement you're most proud of: I’m most proud of my ability to adapt and thrive after moving from Ghana to the U.S. at a young age. It taught me resilience and the value of embracing new environments. Later, moving from Portland to New Orleans for college presented a new set of challenges, but I remained persistent and committed to making the most of every opportunity. This journey has shaped my character, pushing me to always seek growth and embrace change.
Top items on professional bucket list: My first goal is to become the CEO of a company, driving innovation and inspiring others. I also aim to enter the agricultural or wellness industry, creating a business focused on sustainable farming and wellness products and promoting health and sustainability.
Fun Fact: I was raised in Ghana, West Africa, from the time I was 6 months old to 6 years old.
