What are your post-graduation plans?
After graduating in December, I worked on a consulting research project with the Tulane ByWater Institute focused on coastal erosion and sustainable aquaculture systems. I am currently studying for the GRE and applying to deferred MBA programs. My full-time role as an Associate at Boston Consulting Group in Austin begins this summer. In the meantime, I am working as a personal trainer, traveling, and volunteering as a singer at local nursing homes.
What are your top Freeman extracurricular activities?
Tulane Consulting Group (Director of Membership & Alumnae Relations), Dean's List, and serving as a Teaching Assistant for two Freeman courses: Cases in Entrepreneurship and Tech Ethics
What community or volunteer activities did you participate in outside of the business school?
Resident Advisor, Tulane Performing Arts Society, Phi Mu Sorority, Tulane Catholic Center, Tulane Office of First Year Experience First Year Five Content Creator, and Athletic Department Tutor.
What academic, extracurricular or personal achievement are you most proud of?
I am most proud of how I maximized my time at Tulane, secured two internships at BCG, and graduated a semester early. Carrying a full and often heavy course load pushed me to grow academically, while also challenging me to stay deeply involved in leadership, service, and the arts. That experience taught me how to operate with both discipline and intention, making the most of every opportunity while staying grounded in the communities that mattered most to me!
What was your favorite business course?
My Capstone course with Professor Larry Merington was my favorite because it combined academic rigor with real client work. Through projects such as our consulting engagement with Magnolia Children’s Group and research on the Veta la Palma (VLP) aquaculture system in Spain, I gained practical experience in problem-solving, client communication, and strategic thinking. The course closely mirrored the consulting environment I’m entering, making it one of the most impactful parts of my Freeman experience.
Who is your favorite business professor and why?
Professor Rob Lalka. After taking his class, I was selected to serve as his Teaching Assistant for both Cases in Entrepreneurship and his pilot course, Tech Ethics. Working alongside him for two years deepened my understanding of how technology, ethics, and business intersect, and he has had a lasting impact on my approach to leadership and decision-making.
What’s your favorite memory of Freeman?
One of my favorite memories was being part of Professor Matthew Escarra and Professor Rob Lalka’s Tech Ethics classes. The philosophical discussions and debates created a space where students felt comfortable sharing diverse perspectives on complex issues around technology and society. Being both a student and a TA in that environment allowed me not only to engage deeply with the material but also to learn from others' thinking, challenge ideas, and approach ethical decision-making.
What are the top items on your professional bucket list?
Building a long-term career in consulting, pursuing an MBA, and eventually leading organizations through innovation in talent, culture, and management structures... shaping how people work, lead, and create impact. I am also deeply interested in becoming a certified corporate director through the National Association of Corporate Directors and building my board director portfolio later in my career.
What’s a fun fact about yourself?
I am a black belt in Taekwondo!
