Research Notes: Shuhua Sun
Shuhua Sun’s paper “Affect Spin, Entrepreneurs' Wellbeing, and Venture Goal Progress: The Moderating Role of Goal Orientation,” co-authored with Marilyn Uy and Maw-Der Foo, has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Business Venturing. In addition, his paper “Cross-level Moderating Effects of Conscientiousness on Within-person Relationships of Self-efficacy to Effort Allocation,” co-authored with Huaizhong Chen and Zhaoli Song, has been accepted for publication in Human Performance. Sun is an assistant professor of management at the A. B. Freeman School of Business.
