Research Notes: Jasmijn Bol
Jasmijn Bol recently published three articles in peer-reviewed journals. With co-authors A. Braga and J. Lill, she contributed "Calibration in the Performance Evaluation Process" to Human Resource Management and "Should You Be Calibrating Your Performance Evaluations?" to Compensation & Benefits Review, and with co-authors H. Fogel-Yaari, I. Grabner and K. Sedatole, she contributed "Promoting Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB): Unintended Gender Disparities in the Participation and Evaluation of Different Types of OCB" to The Accounting Review. Bol also recently co-authored two articles with Eugina Leung and Shuhua Sun for professional trade publications: "Leveraging Generative AI: AI-Human Co-Creation for Tasks Requiring Social Intelligence," which appeared in CIMA Research Executive Summary, and "Leveraging Gen AI to Maximise Performance," which appeared in Financial Management magazine. Bol is Francis Martin Chair in Business and PwC Professor of Accounting.
