Ricky Tan’spaper “Less Is More? The Strategic Role of Retailer’s Capacity,” co-authored with Yan Xiong and Xi Li of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Haibing Gao of Remin University, and Huazhong Zhao of City University of Hong Kong, has been accepted for publication in Production and Operations Management. Tan is an assistant professor of management science.
