"In the beginning of 2026, Meta changed their algorithm for Facebook and Instagram. On our side, we're getting all this information into our feed if we want it or not. The algorithm, based on what we're searching for, is feeding us more and more information, so it kind of becomes our own echo chamber. And then you are only hearing one side and you don't get the other."
