BBC News: Why tech bosses keep sharing their manifestos about AI
Rob Lalka, Albert Lepage Professor in Business, was interviewed by BBC News about the trend of tech leaders like Mark Zuckerberg and Sam Altman issuing lengthy declarations about AI.
“They’re trying to make the case that the positives will far outweigh some of those negatives that the public backlash is pointing out,” Lalka said. “But I think a lot of the reasons for optimism are still yet to be seen.”
