Chron.com: Advanced business degrees open doors for students

Alex Sleptsov, assistant dean for executive education at Tulane University’s A. B. Freeman School of Business, was interviewed for a story on chron.com, the Houston Chronicle’s website, about the role of advanced business degrees in today’s working environment.
"While the format might be different, the goal is the same - by learning the 'MBA toolkit,' we want to 'produce' well-rounded, business-minded individuals who can manage people and projects in any industry or functional area," Sleptsov said. "Earning an advanced business degree is a rite of passage for those who want lead and manage in the business world. An MBA will open doors that otherwise would not be available to them."
