Gus De Franco and Stephanie Cheng’s paper “Marijuana Liberalization and Public Finance: A Capital Market Perspective on the Passage of Medical Use Laws,” co-authored with Pengkai Lin of Singapore Management University, has been accepted for publication in The Journal of Accounting & Economics. De Franco is the KPMG Professor of Accounting and Cheng is an assistant professor of accounting.
