Lisa LaViers' paper "CEO Pay Ratio Disclosures and Changes in Employee Pay Satisfaction," co-authored with Mary Ellen Carter, Jason Sandvik and Da Xu, has been accepted for publication in Management Science. LaViers is an assistant professor of accounting.
