William Baird
William Baird is leveraging his background in healthcare finance to pursue a career in corporate finance and strategy. At Ochsner Health, he managed physician compensation budgets of over $80M, designed proformas for clinical planning, and developed dashboards that revealed $6M in revenue opportunities. William translates complex data into insights that shape organizational performance. He is motivated by opportunities to lead financial strategy and decision-making in complex industries. With strong technical skills in Excel, Tableau, and SQL, William thrives at translating data into insights that shape organizational outcomes. William envisions himself in a managerial finance role where he can drive sustainable growth. Outside of academics, he plays guitar, enjoys working out, and values continuous personal development.
