He brings hands-on experience from Hormel Foods across supply chain and foodservice sales, managing cross-functional projects, improving demand forecasts, and cultivating relationships with national accounts. Grant thrives at linking operational drivers to financial outcomes, translating data and market insight into clear recommendations for growth and margin improvement. He is targeting roles in energy finance where his analytical discipline and client-facing experience can create measurable value.
