Forbes: TikTok Will Have Its Day In The Court—SCOTUS To Hear Ban Challenge

Ashley Nelson, senior professor of practice in management communication, was interviewed by Forbes for a story about TikTok's appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court to halt the Chinese-owned social media app from being banned by the U.S. government.
"The Biden administration selected this due date, leaving President-elect Donald Trump out of the matter since he will be president the next day," added Nelson. "Recently, Trump announced he sees value in TikTok and may be able to keep the app when he becomes president."
