Matthew Higgins’ research policy brief “How USPS network changes threaten prescription drug access for vulnerable populations,” co-authored with Elena Patel and Joshua Feng, was published by the Brookings Institution. Higgins is the Earl P. and Ethel B. Koerner Chair of Strategy & Entrepreneurship and Professor of Management.
