Assistant Professor of Management Shuhua Sun recently had five articles accepted for publication.
- “Mitigating the Psychologically Detrimental Effects of Supervisor Undermining: Joint Effects of Voice and Political Skill,” co-authored with Freeman School faculty members Mike Burke, Huaizhong Chen and Ricky Tan as well as Jiantong Zhang and Lili Hou, was accepted for publication in Human Relations.
- “How Does Affect Influence Job Search Effort and Success? It Depends on Activation and Core Self-Evaluations,” co-authored with Serge P. da Motta Veiga of EDHEC Business School,Daniel Turban of University of Missouri, and Maw-Der Foo of Nanyang Technological University, was accepted for publication in Human Resource Management.
- “Predictors of Managers’ Mental Health During the COVID-19 Pandemic,” co-authored by Lorenz Graf-Vlachy of ESCP Business School and Stephen Zhang of University of Adelaide, was accepted for publication in European Journal of Psychotraumatology.
- “Developing and Testing a Measure of COVID-19 Organizational Support of Healthcare Workers – Results from Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia,” co-authored with Stephen Zhang of University of Adelaide, Asfhar Jahanshahi of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), Aldo Alvarez-Risco of Universidad de Lima, Verónica García Ibarra of Universidad Politécnica Estatal del Carchi, Jizhen Li of Tsinghua University and Ross MaryPatty-Tito of Caja Petrolera de Salud, was accepted for publication in Psychiatry Research.
- “Beyond Predicting the Number of Infections: Predicting Who Is Likely To Be COVID Negative or Positive,” co-authored by Stephen Zhang of University of Adelaide, Asfhar Jahanshahi of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), Yifei Wang of Tongji University, Jizhen Li of Tsinghua University and Maryam Dinani of Alzahra University, was accepted for publication in Risk Management and Healthcare Policy.
