Jennifer Merluzzi's paper “Lasting Effects? Referrals and Career Mobility of Demographic Groups in Organizations,“ co-authored with Adina Sterling of Stanford University, has been accepted for publication in a special issue of Industrial and Labor Relations Review. Merluzzi is an assistant professor of management at the A. B. Freeman School of Business.
