Energy students on trip to oil production platform

MME employment at graduation hits all-time high

Master of Management in Energy students have long had success in landing jobs with leading energy companies, but this year’s graduates are among the most successful yet. Ninety-three percent of this year’s class had job offers at graduation, the highest percentage in program history.

Freeman honors more than 700 at graduation ceremonies

Tulane University’s A. B. Freeman School of Business recognized more than 700 degree candidates at its spring 2022 undergraduate and graduate diploma ceremonies. The ceremonies took place on Friday, May 20, at Avron B. Fogelman Arena in Devlin Fieldhouse on Tulane’s uptown campus.

Four Freeman School graduates are among the 14 Tulanians to be named as 2022-23 Fulbright award winners. The graduates will receive grants through the Fulbright U.S. Student Program, the U.S. Department of State’s flagship international educational exchange program.

Ashley Nelson, senior professor of practice, was featured in a KNOE-TV story about the effects of the Buffalo supermarket mass shooting on Louisiana’s already rising number of extremist and anti-semitic incidents. Nelson talked about the shooter’s use of video livestreaming service Twitch to broadcast the rampage.
