Eric Smith, professor of practice and associate director of the Tulane Energy Institute, was interviewed for a Nola.com story about the 2020-21 Louisiana Economic Outlook, a study published by Loren Scott and Gregory Upton Jr. that estimates New Orleans will see 19,500 new jobs over the next two years thanks to a flurry of industrial projects.
